This book gives the views of the founding fathers against abortion, and describes the surprising truth about the common law abortion rule which was misinterpreted by the court in Roe v. Wade. Most importantly, the book tells how the 9th Amendment was intended to incorporate the founders' views of natural law as part of the Constitution-which would protect the unborn from the moment of conception!

I had high hopes for this book, but it really is woefully lacking. It reads like the author simply did a web search for "founding father" + "abortion." In almost none of the quotes he cites does he provide any real context. Further, he does not differentiate between the founders personal views and the ideas they proposed as essential facets of the new government. The are numerous examples of the founding fathers holding sincere personal beliefs that they knew should not be enshrined in the Constitution. Second, he then goes on to cite John Locke and other enlightenment thinkers and philosophers who, although they influenced the founders, could not be considered founding fathers under even the most generous application of the term. In short, this is a one-sided, cherry-picked book that is rife with logical flaws and fallacies.Product details

This is a joke of a book, absolutely full of deceit and inaccurate information. If you want to know the real history and are not limited to the anti-life movement, try looking for more respectable books.
